On the ground floor, there is a family room which opens out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool deck and lush landscape.

There is a formal dining room that adjoins a kitchen and also has an entrance out to the covered terrace.

Down the hall, there is an office. On the other side of the kitchen there is a powder room and down a few steps are the laundry room and an external door leading out to an enclosed garage.
