Designed by the renowned Portuguese architect Frederico Valsassina, this stunning contemporary house is situated within the gated community of Quinta Patino in Estoril, Portugal. This 801-square-meter home features a two-story layout with living spaces organized within a "modular" configuration of open-air sections seamlessly integrated into its clean rectangular design. These openings provide carefully framed views of the lush and abundant surrounding vegetation.

In functional terms, the house is designed on two above-ground floors and one below ground.

On the ground floor, you'll find the social areas of the house. The entrance is from the exterior courtyard, leading to a welcoming hall that opens up to another courtyard overlooking the pool. This hall provides access to the living room, a guest bathroom, and the dining room. It also connects to the upper floor via a staircase. The service areas are located behind yet another exterior courtyard, directly accessible from the dining room, which includes the kitchen and access to the basement. On this floor, there's also a separate space that houses the cinema, games room and a spa.

The first floor is where you'll find the private areas of the house, including three suites, a master suite and an office. The master suite features a walk-in closet and two separate bathrooms that connect to an outdoor area with a jacuzzi. All but one of the bedrooms have private terraces.

The basement accommodates a minimum of 5 vehicles and it connects the garage space with technical support areas and storage.

As a poolside amenity, you'll find a space equipped with a changing room, a Turkish bath, and a gym. The house is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology systems that enhance your living experience, such as a fully integrated indoor and outdoor sound system.

The design prioritizes scenic and private views, with the living and dining areas filling the western side of the house. The bedrooms are situated on the south, east, and west sides, while the service areas are oriented to the north.
