Historic 17th-century stone farmhouse with swimming pool, typical of the Tuscan tradition, immersed in the greenery of the magnificent countryside in the province of Pisa, about 30 minutes from Montecatini Val di Cecina and Volterra. The property has a surface area of approximately 700 sqm, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, is spread over two levels, and consists of two apartments; all surrounded by a land of approximately 80 hectares, used since the end of the 1900s to carry out agricultural activities, serving the family of the Marquises of Casaglia.
