The property opens onto a large garden characterised by Mediterranean plants, with a driveway giving access to the comfortable covered veranda where it is possible to spend moments of relax.
On entering we find a living area with covered outdoor kitchen, while a hallway to the left leads to the bathroom, the small bedroom and the master bedroom.
Through an internal staircase we reach the basement floor consisting of two large rooms used as bedrooms, each with an indoor bathroom and outdoor space as a veranda.

The largest and busiest island in the Egadi archipelago, Favignana is only 9 miles from Trapani. The island offers both beaches and caves: from the sandy beaches of Cala Azzurra, Lido Burrone and Calamoni to the coves with pebbles of Punta Lunga, Punta Sottile and Faraglioni. The rocky areas, on the other hand, include Cala Rossa, Grotta Perciata and Punta Fanfalo. The waters of the entire island are limpid, transparent and uncontaminated, making an underwater dive as well as a simple swim a unique experience. Favignana was also home to one of the most important Sicilian tuna fisheries, now a museum, the so-called ex-Stabilimento Florio. Alongside it, there are, Palazzo Florio, the churches, the Norman castles of Santa Caterina and San Giacomo, as well as the famous archaeological area of San Nicola. True works of art are, then, the quarries of tufa, the most spectacular of which can be found in the areas of Scalo Cavallo, Cala Rossa and Bue Marino.
