Situation

Selwyn Avenue is a prestigious residential road that runs roughly north-south between Kew Road and Pagoda Avenue and forms part of ‘the Triangle’ – a group of three sought-after residential roads that exist in their own smart and uniformed setting. Old Deer Park which is just on the other side of Kew Road, offers squash, cricket and tennis clubs plus other activities including rugby and archery.
