A beautiful, privately run guest house in a second location in Reil is looking for a successor. The solidly built guest house with a living space of about 198 m² has a total of 4 guest rooms, all equipped with shower bathrooms, a large lounge or breakfast room with access to the beautiful winter garden. A fully equipped bar with kitchen and wine cellar, as well as a guest toilet are also at the disposal of the guesthouse guests. The wine cellar can also be made accessible to walkers and has served as a meeting place for wine tastings and social gatherings in the past.

On the ground floor, in addition to the bar with kitchen and side entrance, there is a guest WC and another room that could be used individually. The heating system is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with adjoining TV room, the breakfast room with conservatory, a likewise very large bath-shower-bath and two guest rooms. The other two guest rooms are on the 2nd floor. These rooms share a balcony. The existing extension reserve here could be wonderfully used for the operator's flat. The house has been renovated continuously over the last 10 years. The bathrooms and floors were renovated or newly laid in 2002-2004, the kitchen is also from 2002. The conservatory was done in 2018/2019, the roof renovation was done in about 2016. The windows are double glazed, individual panes were replaced over the years. The guest house is heated with oil, hot water is also mostly provided.
The beautiful winegrowing village of Reil with its approximately 1000 inhabitants is located on the Middle Moselle and belongs to the district of Bernkastel-Wittlich. Living where others go on holiday... the phrase fits Reil well, as the village is characterised by small wine shops and hotels, guesthouses and winegrowers' farms. In the village itself there is a day-care centre and a primary school, while secondary schools such as comprehensive or secondary modern schools are located in Zell or Traben-Trarbach. Both towns are 10.5 km away. There are also plenty of shopping facilities in Zell and Traben-Trarbach. Reil has a railway station with connections to Traben-Trarbach and Bullay. A medical centre and the nearest doctor's surgery are in Zell.
There are numerous leisure activities, from gliding to cycling, hiking, canoeing or relaxing in the Traben-Trarbach thermal baths. Bernkastel-Kues is just under 25 km away, Wittlich only about 20 km. You can reach Trier or Luxembourg in no time via the well-developed motorway network there.
The guest house is located near the Moselle and is therefore not flood-free.

The amount of the brokerage fee is based on the legal regulations on the division of the brokerage fee that came into force from 23.12.2020 onwards.
