Immersed in a park of about half a hectare with olive, citrus and tropical trees, 'Poggio Belvedere' is the result of a careful renovation carried out by the owners, who when they bought the ruin were able to imagine what would have been the realization of their residence. With care and passion they have enriched the property with fine finishes, making it cosy and comfortable thanks to a perfectly organized general system with independent heating, air conditioning, alarm system, automatic gate and photovoltaic system.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the swimming pool and sea-view terraces, a kitchen-diner, a guest bathroom, a large laundry room and a basement with an engine room. A custom-made steel and glass staircase leads to the first floor, most of which is occupied by the master suite, which includes a bedroom with fireplace, a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, a sauna with stereo, a shower and a wardrobe area. We are located in Aci Catena, about five kilometres from the centre of Acireale, an elegant baroque town on the Ionian coast north of Catania. The proximity of major motorway junctions allows you to reach different destinations. The property is surrounded by citrus groves that characterise the land that extends to the lava relief of Timpa overlooking the sea.
"Poggio Belvedere" is located in an area that retains the charm and tranquillity of the archaeological park, in fact it houses the Roman Baths of Santa Venera al Pozzo, however it is only 20 minutes from the airport "Catania Fontanarossa" and a few minutes from the ports of the fishing villages of Capo Mulini and Acitrezza.
