The property is a restored traditional stone building. It has been renovated and separated so that it can be used as two independent residences, which share a beautifully landscaped enclosed courtyard. The property includes the area of the building on a plot of 243 m² as well as an additional plot of 68 m² on the opposite side of the road, where we find a covered parking space and a storehouse.

The plot of the house is corner with views on the north and west sides. The building occupies the area along the road so that it has good privacy and is oriented to the east towards the courtyard on its back side. The main entrance is from a picturesque alley and opens into a traditional "hayat" in the center of the two houses. The "hayat" is a covered welcoming area, where visitors used to park their transport animals, when they were arriving at the home. Very often, the housewives also used to knit here, so they could socialize with the people who were passing by the street right in front. Today it is the heart of the building, the entrance hall of the visitors and leads directly to the backyard at the back.

Each residence is arranged over two levels and the largest of them has been repaired in 1993. The ground floor is L-shaped and consists of an open-plan living and dining area as well as the kitchen in its own room. In the living space we find a central fireplace while the entire ground floor has interesting traditional elements with carved columns and niches. A wooden staircase leads upstairs and between the two levels there is a wooden partition. On the first floor we find a very large bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony with panoramic views, which is covered with a pergola.

The two residences can be used as one as they are connected internally with the "hayat". The property has been renovated for personal use and quality materials have been used, with attention to the details and with an emphasis on the original character of the building. The outdoor courtyard is an ideal place to rest, it is paved with stone and has a covered outdoor kitchen. The property has several areas suitable for relaxation under the shade or the hot summer sun. The building has traditional wooden doors and windows, a fireplace in the living area and air conditioners. At a distance of 10-15 minutes' drive from the property are the beautiful beaches of Georgioupolis, Kalyves and Almyrida.
