The house is in a beautiful complex with three houses, which share a swimming pool of about 30 m² and a large yard. This residence is independent and has been built in the quietest spot at the back of the complex. The entire plot is fenced and accessible by a metal gate. The house has 200 m² of plot in its exclusive use while the shared part is 399 m² and includes the pool area, a parking space and a well-maintained garden. The residence is in excellent condition. One of its parts was built in 2006 while it was extended and renovated in 2012.

The main entrance opens onto an open-plan living and kitchen area. The kitchen has many cabinets, all the necessary electrical appliances as well as a functional, mobile island in its center. On the ground floor we also find a main bathroom with shower, where the washing machine is located as well as a comfortable bedroom with a wardrobe and an exit to the garden. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor while below it there is a pantry, which you can also reconfigure as a laundry room or WC for the guests. On the first floor we find a bathroom with a bathtub as well as two bedrooms with exits to different balconies. One of the bedrooms is furnished and used as a living space while its balcony is quite large and ideal for sunbathing. The entire upper floor has excellent and unobstructed sea views.

The region is mildly developed, lush green and has mainly luxurious residences. The nearby beach is long. It has areas with gray sand or fine pebbles and a section with facilities but its largest part is pretty quiet. Within walking distance, you will also find restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and some other shops. Within 5 minutes' drive is the small town of Kolymbari, where you will find banks, many taverns, schools of all levels and more. The airport of Chania is approximately 40 minutes' drive and the city of Chania about 25 minutes.
