We present this wonderful villa of authentic construction and Ibizan style, with thick walls, white, wooden beams and incredible views of the Bay of San Antonio (Ibiza) facing South, ready to move into or to enjoy some Holidays.

It is a 3,600m2 Mediterranean farm with a main house and 3 independent apartments.

The main house has a size of 165m2 distributed over two floors.
Entering through the access to the main house (although it has several entrance doors) we find ourselves in the large living room with fireplace and fully equipped open kitchen. Following this is the dining room with views of the large garden and the sea.

From the living room we go up to the mezzanine, finding a TV room that can be converted into a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the side garden.

Going up the 3 steps from the living room to the right through a small balcony, there is a bedroom with fireplace and bathroom en suite, both with views of the front garden and the sea.

On the upper floor we find a corridor through which on the left there is access to a large side terrace with views of the garden, the sea and the mountains, and on the right we have another bedroom with a fireplace, sea views and an en-suite bathroom. From this floor we can go out to a rear terrace that leads to a huge Chill Out terrace with incredible views of the sea and relaxation areas to meet with friends listening to music and enjoying the island.

From this terrace we go down the stairs to the rear Chill Out patio, with plants, barbecue area, dining area, relaxation area with Balinese bed, reading area, etc... In this patio there is also the pool, totally private with a shower , and solarium.

This place can also be accessed directly from the windows of the main hall.

In a separate building from the main house are the 3 independent apartments with a total area of 146m2.

Each apartment has an entrance porch that leads to a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, and an exit door to a patio that the 3 share, with a picnic and relaxation area with trees, so it is very cool.
The apartments share the laundry room.

Ibiza is a Spanish island located in the Mediterranean Sea and which forms, together with those of Majorca, Menorca and Formentera and several smaller islets, the archipelago and autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.
It has an area of 572 km² and a population of approximately 150,000 inhabitants, making it the second Balearic island in terms of population after Mallorca.
Its coastline is 210 km long, where more than 40 rocks and islets of various sizes alternate. The maximum distances of the island are 41 kilometers from north to south and 15 kilometers from east to west.
The island also boasts sleepy villages, yoga centers and beaches, from Platja d'en Bossa, lined with hotels, bars and shops, to sandy, quieter coves backed by hills planted with typical pine trees.
The island is internationally renowned for the beauty of its coves and beaches, the quality of its waters, as well as its festivals and discos, which attract many tourists. The port area of Ibiza also attracts many tourists for its nightlife.
85.64 km² of Ibiza are part of the World Heritage Site called “Ibiza, Biodiversity and Culture”, declared by Unesco in 1999.22 It is a place of a mixed nature, that is, both cultural and natural.

It is famous for its lively nightlife in the city center and in Sant Antoni, where the main nightclubs in Europe have offices in summer.
