The Vanbrugh Park Estate is within the highly sought after Blackheath area. Open spaces are plentiful with both The “Heath” and Greenwich Park being within a few hundred metres. These destinations are ideal to walk, picnic, fly a kite or even roller skate.

Transport facilities too are in abundance with bus services at one end of the estate serving neighbouring areas, cycle lanes and routes are also within easy reach.

There are two railway stations within the vicinity Maze Hill and Westcombe Park. Both offer regular services into the capital and beyond.

Some good schools are located within the locale, most notably The Blackheath High School for Girls and The John Roan secondary’s. There are also The Pointer School and The Greenwich Steiner schools with access too.

For shopping, Blackheath Royal Standard is nearby. Here there are a good choice of independent shops, cafes, two pubs, a library, plus a Marks and Spencers food hall.
