Also this property is conveniently situated for easy access to Poitiers (approx. 47ms) with its airport, train station and retail outlets, Limoges airport (approx. 93kms) and Futuroscope (approx. 60kms). The town of Ruffec with its hospital, train station and access to the N10 is around 16km away.
There are also plenty of local places to visit for days out including the popular 'La Vallée des singes' - Monkey Valley, Le Vieux Cormenier, the beautiful Parc Floral de La Belle and many rivers and lakes for swimming and water sports.
