This villa with a splendid sea view is located in Favignana near the renowned Cala Azzurra.
Entering, on the right, the property consists of a small, well-kept garden, equipped with an irrigation system and a natural stone pavement, useful as a parking area.
Still in the outdoor area, we reach the comfortable area, useful for hosting friends and organising dinners; there is in fact a hob, a sink and a large BBQ.
Adjacent there is also an outdoor shower to refresh oneself when returning from the sea.
The structure has a rustic style and is actually divided into two separate floors each with a separate entrance. On the ground floor there are two covered outdoor terraces. Inside, a living area leads to a small hallway leading to a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, reached by an external brickwork staircase, there is a further sea view terrace, while inside there is a master bedroom, a small bedroom (with access to a further panoramic terrace) and another bathroom with shower.


The largest and busiest island in the Egadi archipelago, Favignana is only 9 miles from Trapani. The island offers both beaches and caves: from the sandy beaches of Cala Azzurra, Lido Burrone and Calamoni to the coves with pebbles of Punta Lunga, Punta Sottile and Faraglioni. The rocky areas, on the other hand, include Cala Rossa, Grotta Perciata and Punta Fanfalo. The waters of the entire island are limpid, transparent and uncontaminated, making an underwater dive as well as a simple swim a unique experience. Favignana was also home to one of the most important Sicilian tuna fisheries, now a museum, the so-called ex-Stabilimento Florio. Alongside it, there are, Palazzo Florio, the churches, the Norman castles of Santa Caterina and San Giacomo, as well as the famous archaeological area of San Nicola. True works of art are, then, the quarries of tufa, the most spectacular of which can be found in the areas of Scalo Cavallo, Cala Rossa and Bue Marino.
The town of Favignana offers the possibility of a holiday in complete relaxation, without forgetting to savour the traditional delicacies based on tuna and capers.
