This mallorcan finca dates back to 1900 and has been completely renovated with lots of charm and attention to details. The property is located in the area La Huerta in Sóller in a very sunny spot offering beautiful views to the surrounding mountains. The house offers aprox. 270 m² constructed area, set on a great garden of 900m² with pool. Mediterranean plants and trees which do not require to much water and attention have been planted - giving this garden a nice feel.
