LOCATION: in an area inhabited all year round, close to the provincial road connecting Alberobello and Martina Franca, therefore easily accessible.
DESCRIPTION: this structure includes trulli and stone lamie as well as further recently built buildings. The ancient part, entirely in stone with trulli and barrel-shaped lamias, includes a large living area with an open kitchenette as well as two other rooms and the bathroom also in stone with barrel vaults. In the most recent construction, two bedrooms have been created, adjacent but with access from the outside there is a storage room.
CONDITIONS: the house is used by the owners during the summer period, therefore it is habitable and supplied with water and electricity. The structural conditions of the trulli and the lamie are excellent, it would be possible to remove the plaster of the stone part, both externally and renovate the internal environments to create a more modern context and to make the structure effective from an energy point of view, install a system of heating, redo the electrical system, redo the bathroom and kitchen and replace the floors and fixtures.
INSTALLATIONS: On the property, there are two large tanks for collecting rainwater, but there is also a connection to the public water network. An Imhoff pit will need to be installed, the electricity is connected.
LAND: appurtenant land partially planted with fruit trees, of approximately 7,600 m2.
