This wonderful detached villa is set in established gardens with its own family size swimming pool, and fish pond. It has its own parking. The villa has double glazing economy heating, wood burner, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, one being en-suite of the main bedroom. We have many great memories in this villa and with one downstairs double bedroom lends itself to bringing an elderly person/disabled with you. The roof terrace overlooks the Aegean one side and the Tuzla lakes from the other. During the height of the summer season there is a bus service around the city to take you to the local shops and bring you back, although the shops are within walking distance. Public transport is available outside the city and all you need to do is hail down a dolmus. There are beautiful beaches around the city and wonderful eateries, all very good value. The currency is lira and it does go a long way.
Our villa has been maintained to a first class standard. There is a brick built garage lock up to house the sun beds and many gardening tools. We have left no stone unturned to maximise comfort and luxury.

The area was once a bird sanctuary housing over 400 species of migrating birds. Hundreds of flamingos and pelicans frequent the area.
