Casa Greco: A very appealing, recently renovated apartment in an exclusive and ancient location in Arpino. This historic property is located in the very heart of the historic centre of Arpino, in the Arco district, an area perched above the central Piazza Municipio. On the ground floor there is a cellar room of 20 m². This has a beautiful and very ancient stone fireplace on the wall. The space would lend itself excellently to use as a lovely little tavernetta room for wine tastings.

All the rooms are in good condition, with characteristic terracotta flooring, double glazing, traditional wooden 'persiane' shutters. The apartment is fitted with a radiator central heating system with a wood-gas fuelled boiler, in addition there is radiator heating with a natural gas fueled boiler. There are connections for utilities, water, electricity, gas etc.

ARPINO AND THE CIOCIARIA

Arpino is one of the major medieval hilltop towns in the area of Italy called the Ciociaria, the name given to the fertile land that lies south of Rome but north of Naples, situated inland in the hills in the heart of Italy.
