What the owner say’s:
‘We bought the cottage as we wanted something close to the harbour and beaches. The location was lovely and peaceful yet close to Poole and surrounding attractions. It was also better value than buying closer to main tourist areas. There is great road access North, East and West of Poole. The road is very attractive without through traffic or pedestrians, and the stream running alongside the house makes for a nice rural feel. The house is modern and homely , yet has a nice cosy cottage feel to it. All of the rooms and bedrooms are of good size for a modern home. It is part of a high quality development and is very well built. There is plenty of parking: 1 garage, 1 car port and 2 * spaces, plus 2 shared visitor spaces.’
