The area is renowned for its good selection of both state and independent schools including Yateley Manor, Calthorpe Park, St. Nicholas and Lord Wandsworth to name a few. Fleet mainline Railway Station is within approximately a mile and offers direct services to London Waterloo in around 43 minutes and Junction 4a of the M3 is about 3 miles distant.
