We have enjoyed being active while living here, whether walking in the gorgeous National Park or heading off to the local village for an espresso or a meal out. Lots of cycling, swimming and heading off to the mountains to ski (90 minutes away) all made for a great lifestyle.
"Villa Serena" is large and spacious; it has 21 rooms and a floor space of 424 sq m. The area of the gardens is 8300 sq m (0.828 hectars) - We found it a joy to entertain big groups and have people to stay.
A complete renovation was carried out in 2008.
The villa would ideally suit a growing family and could be easily be restyled to suit different tastes, in the knowledge that it has been fully rewired and replumbed, including piped underfloor heating throughout the ground and first floor. It is a very warm and cosy place to live with 7cm exterior insulation. It also has excellent internet connection and a video intercom system.
We absolutely loved living here but are selling due to a change of circumstances; work and family commitments in the UK.
