On the ground floor you find the first of the separate accommodation a 2 bedrooms apartment that has been decorated in a traditional rustic style. The lounge/dining room sits to the front of the accommodation with both bedrooms enjoying the luxury of ensuite bathrooms. To the front is a very pretty shaded terrace with a second terrace overlooking the pool area that is accessed either via the master bedroom or a separate pathway.

The second of the separate accommodation sits to right on the top floor. This property was originally designed as an annex for an elderly relative and has the added benefit of direct access to the owners main accommodation should that be important for the new owners. This accommodatin is modern in design with open plan lounge, kitchen, dining. There is one bedroom and bathroom. This apartment has the added benefit of the most beautiful walled courtyard giving the guests totally privacy.

The current owners accommodation sits on the second floor with access via the driveway. A staircase leads you to the private terrace that is framed with glass pannelling, the property again has been designed and furnished in a modern style. The windows are all large framing views of the distance mountains and gardens making this accommodation feel extremely light and airy. The open plan master bedroom/ensuite sits to the front with views towards the pool area garden.

The dining rooms leads to the lounge with access directly to the kitchen. There is also an office and guest bathroom and door that gives you access to the bedroom in the separate accommodation should you need it.

To the left of the main property is very large storage room with a kitchen and bathroom that could also be accommodation should the new owners wish to furnished accordingly.

The owners are keen gardeners and have planted many mature trees and created beautilful landscaping, private seating area for themselves and their guests to enjoy.

Below the property you find flat land that is ready for landscaping. The land borders a train line. This is a local train with only a few trains per day.
