Une fantastique propriete de 4 chambres a coucher juste a l'exterieur de la ville de Charroux et situee dans un hameau extremement calme sans circulation. La paix et la tranquillite sont assurees. La propriete est extremement confortable et a conserve une grande partie de son caractere d'origine. Il y a meme une chambre attenante au rez-de-chaussee pour les personnes a mobilite reduite. Elle est situee sur un terrain de plus de 4,5 acres et offre de belles vues sur la campagne. Le terrain est facile a entretenir car les proprietaires actuels ont garde une partie du jardin formel et l'autre partie comme une prairie ecologique pour attirer les insectes et la faune, avec des sentiers qui traversent la prairie. Le terrain se prete egalement a l'elevage de chevaux et il y a meme une dependance qui servait auparavant d'ecurie.
