Take the Ashburton exit on the A38 Devon Expressway at Pear Tree. Follow the road signposted for Holne/Poundsgate and after just over a mile turn right at Lent Hill Cross, signposted for Ashburton. The main entrance to the land is along this lane after around 100 yards on the left with a metal gate clad with corrugated tin. Park in the pull-in area of the lane on the left just before the entrance.
