The gravel path leads us to the front door. Upon entering, we arrive in the spacious living room, with a dining room area and lounge area. Classical french tomette tiles, a feature fireplace and the french doors are among the key features of this room. The windows let in an abundance of natural light. There is a small bathroom adjacent to the front door, concealed away efficiently. Moving to the Eastern wing of the property, that was added in 1987, an extension to the original house built in 1981. Here we find the first of the bedrooms. It is a spacious room, blessed with an ensuite with shower and a dressing room. Going back through the living room on the other side of the ground floor, we enter through to the kitchen. A homely space of 15m2, fully-equiped and offering a great view, it features a larder and a dutch door/stable door that leads out onto a sheltered terrace outside. From the larder we can access the cellar. On this floor, there is storage space for firewood, a laundry area, a wine cellar, workshop and parking space: it's a big space. Back upstairs, through the kitchen and up the primary staircase, we arrive on the landing, with some space for a little bookshelf and armchair chill out area. Then we find the second and third bedrooms, as all the bedrooms in this house, are very decently sized and fitted with velux windows offering a beautiful view out. Well, to find it, we need to go back down the stairs, outside in the garden and back to the Eastern wing of the property.
