FURTHER INFORMATION
The specific residence is located right in front of the sea. When sitting on the front terrace you can see the Rio-Antirrio Bridge to the east and the Ionian Sea to the west. During summer time you just put on your swimsuit and take just a few steps to the sea.

The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining space, with an extra guest wc, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also an attic space used as an extra bedroom and a semi basement level where you can find an independent apartment with kitchen, bathroom.

There are terraces providing panoramic sea views as well as one more in the back with space for a dining table and a bbq facility, as well as a garden in the front plot area.

Every little spot of land is cultivated with olive trees, grapevines, orange trees and other. As for the coastline, the thin white sand spreads for many kilometers, by the beautiful and limpid blue sea. Alissos, an idyllic location on the north coast of Achaia. Touristic sites in the region (for day trips) include Olympia, Delphi, Vouraikos Gorge and Odondotos rack railway of Kalavrita, the national wetland park of Kotixi - Strofillia and the islands of Kefalonia and Zakynthos.
