In the village of Agriles, 1, 4 km on the road (3 minutes by car, 15 minutes by foot) to Chania, you will find a nice restaurant open all year round, where you get nice food, sometimes with a little twist. Most of the vegetables used in the kitchen come from their local garden. For more facilities you can go towards Sougia, where there are some restaurants and shops that are open all year round. The small town of Kantanos, which is about 25 minutes' drive, has everything else you need besides the essentials such as a well-organized public medical center, schools of all levels and more. The city center of Chania is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away while the airport 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The house is an excellent choice for purchase as a holiday home but it has been constructed for permanent use and meets all the requirements. It has solar panel, aluminium doors and windows with double glazing as well as central heating with radiators and oil boiler. The construction is excellent.
