The residence is in a picturesque neighborhood, between the small towns of Gavalochori and Vamos. It is an old two-level stone residence, a 146 m² part of which has been restored while an additional 76 m² two-level part remains unfinished and is used as a storehouse. The house has beautiful traditional architectural elements and is available for sale with a courtyard at the front as well as a comfortable space for a garden at the rear, south side.

The residence has nice wooden traditional furniture, which is included in the sale price. There are also solar panel as well as wood burning stoves in almost all rooms. The building needs minor repairs but it is an excellent choice, if you want to stay there immediately and it may be gradually improved and modified.

The beautiful village is protected and therefore the houses follow the local architecture. The nearby Gavalochori is a short walk away and has cafes, mini markets and taverns that are open all year round. It also has many guesthouses as many tourists visit the area during the summer months. Within 5 minutes' drive is the beach of Almyrida, which has facilities, restaurants and cafes along it. Vamos and Kalyves, where you will find all kinds of shops and services, are 10 and 15 minutes' drive, respectively.
