The house is situated in an idyllic location, in the municipal unit Kolymbari of the municipality Platanias. It is built just outside a picturesque village, on the ridge of a verdant hill with spectacular views to the east, the north and the west. The building is arranged over three levels with auxiliary spaces and garage in a basement of 47 m², 151 m² residential areas upstairs as well as 14 m² external storehouses. The building has Cycladic style with simple lines and functional spaces.
