Description

Enjoying fabulous views, set 0.67 acre and offering exciting potential to be further enhanced, a wonderful detached house of immense appeal located in a lovely village on the fringe of Tarporley

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This lovely detached house is a building of significant character, history and substantial proportion. It is situated in the sought after village of Eaton, which is known for its historical buildings, rural beauty and excellent walks on the doorstep. It is also a village with its own amenities that include a thriving primary school, active village hall, historic Church and even its own coffee shop, which your hungry estate agent can inform you serves great cake! Eaton is just under two miles from the thriving and bustling centre of nearby Tarporley village.

The house itself is a really terrific family home that has the benefit of a fabulous garden. The whole plot extending to 0.67 acre. There is lots of internal space that offers excellent versatility and can be moved into and immediately enjoyed. As the photos indicate, there are many rooms of great size and the house as a whole has real character and presence.

For those with a longer term vision, there is extensive scope to extend and remodel the house, subject to the necessary consents being granted. Such works could be undertaken with the knowledge that this is an excellent garden plot, which is south easterly in orientation and would provide an ideal backdrop to a really spectacular family home.

My personal highlight of this house, in addition to all of the above, is the beautiful walled side garden. This such a lovely area, with an aspect to the historical elevation of the house, a large terrace, and an attractive terrace.

Offered with no chain and having been in the same ownership for twenty four years, this is a really exciting buying opportunity.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
