Some people might think this is an ideal route if you have just finished a muddy dog walk instead of dragging mud through the house. There is space for a dining room table which is great for entertaining and family meals. From the dining area, you are able to access the garden via patio doors which open up nicely in the summer to allow the airflow around the ground floor. The lounge is larger than average, with plenty of space to allow the kids to run wild or for guests when they are visiting. There is a separate study on the ground floor which has been used as a home office before. This could be continued to be used as a home office, reading room, games rooms, study room whichever you'd like it to be. Next to the study room is a cloakroom.

On the first floor there are five bedrooms. Mainly doubles with the fifth bedroom being more a single room. The town centre is easily accessible by foot or by car, the multi-storey in town is free parking at any time of the day. If you are looking for a location where you can commute in and out of town, this would also be ideal. Just down the road from this property is one of the main A roads which can take you out of town towards Westbury/Warminster or out towards Melksham and the M4. Typically this area is populated by families and many of the local residents have been in their homes from new or nearly new.
