In the green valleys of the Corrèze you will find this small paradise which is currently being exploited as a campsite with a house, two gites and 18 camping spots (possible up to 32 camping spots).

The house consists of 2 entrances (front and back door), a large kitchen fully equipped with island and a cooking stove on pellets. A living/dining room with wood burning stove. From the kitchen you enter the hallway that leads to a utility room, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. There is also an attic that can be converted into additional living space. A cellar with vaulted cellar under the entire house.

This house has double glazing in PVC and is insulated.

You enter the second house in the living room with wood stove, a kitchen with balcony and on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom. This house also has an attic and basement.

It not insulated and has single glazing in wood.

The third house has been completely renovated in 2020, on the ground floor a living/dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. This house has a new roof, underfloor heating on the ground floor and a private garden.

This house has double gas in wood and is insulated.

An office that is accessible from the courtyard with a atelier and 2 laundry rooms.

The bar that is currently used as tables d'hotes for the campsite with professional kitchen and WC with a pellet stove, which could be converted into a fourth house.

The beautiful courtyard provides access to the 3 apartments, bar and office. From the courtyard you can walk straight onto the site where the campsite is currently located with 18 large camping pitches. A 6x12 swimming pool on salt and a sanitary block with 3 toilets, 1 urinal, 4 showers, 4 washbasins and 4 washing-up areas. There are also 2 private sanitary rooms with toilet, shower and sink.

At the back of the bar are 4 covered parking spaces and another 4 uncovered parking spaces and here is also the large barn, part of which is closed and part is open.

The whole domaine has central heating on gas, 2 septic tanks and water heated by electricity. There are solar panels that are connected to the boiler of the campsite.

It can be taken over immediately to operate as a campsite or as a home where several families can live.
