A few steps in the living room lead to the oldest part of the building. This has wooden plank floors, which may need repairs, two living rooms and three more bedrooms. The house has an implantation area of 93 m2 and a total area of 112 m2. The garden has a total area of 280 m2 and a well with plenty of water throughout the year.

The property is located just 2.7 km from the village of Castanheira de Pêra, where you can enjoy all the local services: shops, banks, restaurants, cafes. The famous river beach of Rocas, preferred by families and children due to its artificial waves and many summer activities, is also conveniently located just 1.4 kilometers away. Indeed, the region is well known for many of its beautiful (and safe) river beaches, but the closest to this property are however Praia das Rocas and Poço da Corga beach.
