TENURE Purchasing this property is similar to purchasing a boat and so is not technically a permanent home and so does not fit the traditional Tenure Guidelines (Freehold or Leasehold).

This floating lodges will be fully owned on completion. Ideally you will choose to make an agreement with the Marina Management company to moor it here at Buckden Marina or you could move the lodge to another location/marina of your choosing. A contract confirming the marina fees will be offered prior to completing the purchase.
