The house is on three levels. The project, which needs to be completed, includes two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large living area with kitchen, as well as a mansard with sea view and private balcony. In addition, a further one hundred square metres of basement and cellar are planned. Two cisterns already exist.
The panoramic position of this property is unique, not only because of the sea view and the proximity to the Bay (which is right at the end of the road), but also because of the privacy guaranteed by the surrounding land. The agricultural plot, of about 16,000 square metres, hosts both an active olive grove of about 75 trees, a carob tree, and several lemon, orange, pear, banana, fig, pomegranate, and red azalea trees, as well as blueberry, persimmon, and rosemary, asparagus and laurel bushes, and finally some prickly pears.
The entire plot is fenced off and a parking area is planned.


The Cornino Bay is located on the slopes of Monte Cofano natural reserve. It is one of the most beautiful glimpses of the sea in north-western Sicily, but not too chaotic at the same time. The water is crystal clear and comes from underground springs.
An ideal place for the summer season, during the holidays, but also throughout the year, as it is very close to key points of the province. It is only 15 minutes from Trapani, 30 minutes from both the famous seaside resort of San Vito Lo Capo and the medieval town of Erice, and 45 minutes from Trapani's airport.
