The Palazzo Scotti di Castelbosco Marazzani dates back to the first half of the 18th century. The Romagna architect Cosimo Morelli intervened to redesign the portal of the atrium and the colonnaded courtyard. Inside the Palazzo, which has recently undergone restoration for the exterior parts, there is a residence with an independent entrance composed of two connected but completely autonomous housing units, making it ideal for those who need a guesthouse or a ground floor studio. The independence of the sky/earth allows direct access to the residence from the portico adjacent to the parking space, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience.On the ground floor, in the two-room apartment, there are two rooms with services and a mezzanine.
