The seaside town of Harlech, best known for its landmark castle and beach, offers a good range of local amenities with a number of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as one of Britain’s top golf courses.

The market town of Porthmadog, approximately 15 miles away provides a more comprehensive range of facilities and the University City of Bangor is less than 40 miles away
