The kitchen/dining room is the real hub of the house. It is a very large space with high quality units, appliances and easy to clean surfaces, absolutely perfect for the foodies amongst you. The arrangement gives it a social feel and you can imagine family and friends enjoying this area. French doors lead to the patio which makes it ideal to bring the outside in during summer. On top of this wonderful space there is the most incredible dining room which has stunning chevron flooring and looks onto the patio gardens. This is a jaw dropping space which could have other uses if you prefer but currently makes a wonderful entertaining room.

The ground floor then boasts a large living room and sitting room. The sitting room has a vaulted ceiling, soft carpet and a lovely log burner, it is relaxing opulent and where I would be enjoying a winter evening! There is even a secret room accessed from a turning bookcase, great fun! There is a bedroom on the ground floor level but again could be used differently if the four beds upstairs plus the cottage suffice.

To the first floor there are four bedrooms, three with en-suite. All the bedrooms are eye catching in their own way. Each room and the hall is all very unique there is exposed brick in some areas beams in others, it creates a wow factor feel and is so very cosy, calm and relaxing. Some lovely views to wake up to.

To the amazing outside...it really is stunning. Rolling fields, a beautiful water feature, with nature surrounding you and so well configured to take advantage of the sun at every time of day. It is breathtaking. Now if you like an outside kitchen this is right up there with the best we have seen. A stunning oak framed cover allowing for any number of BBQ options and next to it a state of the art pizza oven....I won't lie it has left us feeling a little jealous, a serious bit of kit and not a penny spared.

Finally and by separate negotiation there are 3 stables and an adjoining tack room for those with equine interests and a further circa 3 acres of turn out. Further the main house can be offered furnished to a high quality.

Overall Gilthorn Grange is a beautiful property in a wonderful setting and location. The location is ideal for schooling and if business needs take you further afield connections to London are direct from Harrogate.
