Description: Finca Carlos is a charming traditional finca, with an abundance of exquisite Mediterranean soul at its heart.  Sitting on a beautiful plot of over 27,000m2 in the countryside between Santa Eulalia and San Carlos, this beautiful home of nearly 800m2 is the perfect family abode in one of Ibiza?s most desirable spots.

Internal layout: The property consists of the main finca, a series of horse stables and large garage/workshop.  Entering the main entrance into the house you are immediately drawn towards the beautiful open-air courtyard in front of you with an imposing palm tree.  This acts as the centerpiece of the home, the rest of the house wrapping itself around it.  Circling clockwise around the courtyard you pass by an ensuite double guest bedroom, and a laundry room, before arriving into the kitchen which has access to a large external dining terrace.  Passing through here you reach the dining room, and then beginning to loop back round the courtyard you come into the first and then second living rooms, and then two further en-suite guest bedrooms before arriving back at the front door.  All the living spaces and kitchen access both the courtyard and external terraces.  Upstairs one finds the large master suite, and by passing through the gallery you will reach the office, which could quite easily be an additional bedroom.

Outdoor layout:  The house has a beautiful driveway as an approach, with a fish pond to one side.  Set aside from the main finca are the stables and workshop in close proximity to one other.  To the south of the main finca is the luscious lawned garden with the swimming pool and pool house as the centerpiece.  Much of the 27,000m2 plot is beautiful, wild and mature gardens with vast swathes of flat land.  Perfect to be cultivated into manicured gardens, play areas for children or to further expand the existing orchards that can already be found.  Sea views from the main house and several areas on the plot, further strengthen the case for Finca Carlos being the perfect family country home.
