Located just 30 minutes from Grenoble and bathed in a rich alpine history, Chamrousse 1650m is known as the birthplace of French Alpine skiing. From the first ever skis used in France in 1878, the first alpine ski area in 1893 and the host of six alpine downhill events in the 1968 Olympic Games, the resort is now embarking on its next evolutionary journey known as "Chamrousse 2030" to become the first 4 season connected smart ski resort in the Alps.

This brand new development of 30 off plan apartments ranging from 1 - 3 bedroom duplexes, is the first release of new accommodation as part of this incredibly exciting rebranding. The 3 double bedroom duplex penthouse apartments will range in size from 100 151m2.
