The entrance to the property is from a covered terrace with feature white balustrade. The central hallway gives access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and integral garage.

The living room, to the right of the hallway, benefits a log burning fire place and air conditioning.

Passing back through the double glass doors and to the end of the hallway there is a contemporary kitchen diner. The sleek white high gloss cupboards and granite worktops provide generous storage and work spaces. There is also ample room for a dining table and chairs, and patio doors give access to a courtyard.

The ground floor bathroom has a shower cubicle with hydro massage jets, toilet and basin. It is fully tiled, has a window and large heated towel rail.

Finally on the ground floor there is the integral garage with electrically operated up-and-over door.

The staircase leads to the first floor landing off which there are three good size double bedrooms, all with air conditioning.

The bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and twin basins. Similar to the ground floor bathroom it is also fully tiled and has an opening window.

To the front of the first floor there is a terrace echoing the white balustrade feature of the entrance terrace below.

Accessed from the third bedroom there is a spiral staircase leading up to the roof top solarium from which there are views of the village and down to the coast.

The village of Los Gallardos is a traditional Spanish village with all the day-to-day amenities available including a weekly market. It is a popular destination for Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the July fiesta. The village has received considerable funding to build a new health centre, school, sports facilities and theatre.

Within a 10 to 15 minute drive you can be in the towns or beaches of Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera or up in the mountain village of Bédar. The A7/E15 is close by making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.

Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometres away.
