In the roof area there is a solar heating system for hot water and on the lower terrace there is a 500 litre back-up system with pressure pump.

Stone paving at multiple levels lead down to, and accents the pool area with drainage points and features in-garden watering and accent mood lighting.

INTERIOR

Inside, the villa is laid throughout its extensive marble flooring with sumptuous fittings and furnishings in the Kilim style. Wall rugs adorn the gallery under a large, glass block picture window. The villa features a character entrance porch terrace with Hydrangea and potted plants. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and pressure system fitted with fridge freezer and electric oven and hob and extractor. All fitted cupboards feature easy-up, hydraulic doors.
