Excellent Villa, located near Santo Estevão just a few minutes from the ria and seaside restaurants. The center of Tavira is a 10 minute drive.
High quality finishes, large spaces and lots of light, where the layout was thought in order to get the most out of the house and its location.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, in open-space with the large living room. On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms and a guest bathroom. On the second floor is the second living room and two more en-suite bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the fantastic sea view. There is a large terrace with pre-installation of a jacuzzi.
The Villa has underfloor heating, air conditioning, solar panels for hot water, electric shutters, central vacuum and central music system installed.
The exterior space offers several leisure areas, namely the swimming pool, with salt treatment and south orientation. There is an annex next to the pool, which is composed of a summer kitchen with barbecue, a pergola and a room with air conditioning and a bathroom, which can be transformed into an office or gym.
The water supply is mains, and there is also a dam water supply for the land and garden.
All the landscaping has been carefully planned, with some very old olive trees mixed in with the new palm trees and other fruit trees scattered around the plot. A pond with a waterfall has been created, and there are two pergolas, one for cars and one to shade another living area. There is also room to create a tennis court, or other leisure area of your liking.
