The villa comprises a master suite, 3 further doubles and 1 single room. All the bedrooms have walk in rain showers and fitted wardrobes.
The master suite also has a double ended Jacuzzi bath. The villa has been constructed with huge attention to detail. There is an underground rock wine cellar and a designer Italian kitchen with granite surfaces.
Avalon is exceptionally private and sits in 3/4 acre of land with full fencing and electric gates.
Avalon is close to the 5 star Galley Bay hotel. Galley Bay beach is less than 5 minutes away. Long beach is also close by. St Johns is 10 minutes in the car.
Jolly Bay Antigua is about 20 minutes away and has a good beach. Dickenson’s Beach has water sports and a great restaurant called the Beach. The Beach is a good casual restaurant which is great for lunch and dinner.
A great supermarket is at Woods Mall and the housekeeper will be happy to assist with directions. The Bargain Centre is also close by and fine for the basics.
