A very well-reformed village home in the small and friendly village of El Contador. The home is in the centre of the village and measures a generous 178m².

El Contador village enjoys basic amenities with a general shop, a bar & a restaurant with hotel. El Contador is approx. 50 minutes inland and has superb surrounding mountain views of the Santa Maria national park. The larger towns of Chirivel and Velez Rubio are a short drive away.

Even further along the hallway is a smaller bedroom with storage area and at the end is the huge master bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk in dressing area. The chimney from the downstairs pellet burner passes up through this bedroom for heat in the winter months.

The home is reformed to absolute perfection. The character just flows through with exposed ceiling beams everywhere, a rustic finish to the walls with little niches in the walls and sloped ceilings. One that really must be seen to be fully appreciated.
