The site is situated in open rural countryside between the villages of Blyton & Laughton in North Lincolnshire.
Description
The site was formerly known as Camp 8, a WW2 RAF Blyton residential camp in Lincolnshire. The site comprises a beautiful mixed woodland surrounded by agricultural land. Within 200 metres of the land there is a rural footpath network giving access to nearby villages. The site has road frontage and direct access on to Blyton Road, near to the village of Laughton. There are currently no Planning Permissions in place, but details of all the buildings sited previously, are shown on the 1940s plan. The plots are offered for recreational use but may also appeal as investment potential.
We are currently enhancing the woodland by planting various trees and an assortment of edible hedging plants within the existing hedge lines to increase the overall diversity. It is hoped that future owners will join us in this endeavour.
