What the Architects say:-

'The objective sought for this new island was to create an architectural style homogeneous and sober in order to integrate better into an area undergoing urban development.

It appears as the first stone for the development of future projects in the
neighborhood.
On the Avenue de l'Industrie, the project comes into alignment in order to create an urban relationship and direct with the public space. This large linear is cut into an elegant silhouette
marked by faults, vertical rhythms, withdrawals and reversals...'

The human scale is found through a specific treatment of the different strata: a point base in black metal cladding allows the buildings to sit and to lighten the main body.

On this wide avenue, it seemed important to us not to materialize an attic but to create a different volume at the corners to further lighten the volume main and thus qualitatively mark the reversals of the facade towards the heart islet treated like a green lung, a breath...

A fully fenced and secure place to live, the Residence benefits from an atmosphere peaceful and privileged. The apartments, ranging from studios to 4-room apartments, all have underground parking accessible from the street.

A vegetal and soothing parenthesis, the garden stretches from one end of the project to the other to respond to the elongated configuration of the residence.

The profile and the materials chosen for this garden are borrowed from the railway world to affirm the identity and character of this program, like the main alley linking the different buildings that look like old railway lines.

The trees and the Mediterranean vegetation for the volumes they draw have been imagined like so many spaces where nature has been invited to gently take back its place.

This place of meeting and exchange thus allows a perfect integration of the constructions in its environment and promotes biodiversity.
