A stone path winds around the house to the pool and a bamboo fence has been installed for more privacy. Open pergolas with colorful bougainvilleas bring an extra touch of color.
The tiled oval pool is surrounded with stone paving to install sun beds and umbrellas to soak up the sun.
A boiler house is on the side of the house.
THE AREA
The property is located within walking distance of the many amenities in the village, local bus route and beach. There is easy access to the national highway - from there it is just a 25-minute drive to Chania. The views from this house are spectacular - panoramic views of the sea, countryside and White Mountains.
The long pebbly beach which extends from Kolymbari in the west to Chania in the east is ideal for swimming, especially on calm days. Near the beach there are a few tavernas and restaurants, and other shops, tavernas and cafes can be found in the village. Tavronitis is an active, working village which remains open during the winter.
