Description: Very few villas make this impact and leave such a lasting impression as Villa Adastra. At the very top of the hill between Cala Jondal and Porroig, widely considered to be the most exclusive and sought after part of the island, it has arguably the best views of any house in Ibiza.  A modern masterpiece with clean crisp lines, five en-suite bedrooms, multiple terraces and views to die for.

Indoor layout:  Upon entering, you immediately know that you are in a home with the ?wow-factor? in abundance. The panoramic views are immediately obvious, but the style and the flow of the interiors are just as deserving of your attention.  The entrance hallway gives you the choice to turn left towards the bedrooms or continue through to the main living room.  The latter is a gorgeous space, flooded with light and access to large terraces on either side.  The kitchen and dining sit just behind, with a service entrance directly back out to the parking.
Three en-suite bedrooms including the master are found on lower-ground floors - all with terrace access.  Two further en-suite guest bedrooms are located on the main swimming pool terrace with their own independent access.

Outdoor layout:  Multiple large terraces surround the house, all designed to take in the extraordinary views.  Adjacent to the living room a semi-covered dining terrace is perfect for a long lunch.  Exiting the living room at the front, a huge open space with several seating options is arguably the best view point from the house.  Down by the swimming pool, wide open spaces are ideal for entertaining, and further private terrace spaces can be found outside of the bedrooms.
