This building consists of 3 separate apartments, right on the waterfront of Frikes bay. The ground level apartment is unfinished, and would need to be completed. The second level apartment is finished but may need some decor, furniture, and final interior design touches. The third level apartment is complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living area and two balconies. 

Each apartment has the same design/set up with the two bedrooms at the back of the building and one bathroom. Then there is the open plan living area and kitchen at the front of the building, with a balcony overlooking Frikes bay waterfront. The sea is literally on your doorstep. The one bedroom at the back of the building has a separate balcony to overlook the courtyard below. The courtyard is a wonderful space that could be used as a lovely barbeque and outdoor entertaining area. 

The apartment building is in Frikes town, so it is very convenient for shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The views are beautiful from each apartment, you have a real sense of being on the waterfront. These apartments would be great as a holiday home, especially if you have separate families travelling together and would like their own space, but still being together. Alternatively, the apartment building would also make for a good investment, as these would be highly sought after rentals for the summer months.
