This farmhouse is situated on the 7 hectares of the typical Mediterranean countryside in the heart of Sicily, a few kilometers from the city of Syracuse, within a Necropolis area.
The property has 3 rooms in dependence, a cottage, a central building and a project already authorized for the construction of a detached house, all for a total of approx. 28 beds.
The pool area with fitness corner ,located in few steps from the rooms, allows you to relax by offering a panoramic view and spectacular sunsets.

The structure is surrounded by citrus groves and olive groves and at the
center of the property there is a Necropolis of age pre-Hellenic which with its caves and grottoes makes this site of absolutely unique.


The farmhouse has 3 double and multiple rooms, one cottage and a detached house soon to be built.

The rooms, all very comfortable with direct entrance on the private terrace, are equipped with all comforts (flat screen TV, heating, parquet, air conditioning, kettle and herbal teas, minibar, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries). The bathrooms, with shower, are all private and communicating with the room.

The Cottage is equipped with all amenities, including a large outdoor terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine.

The main building has a two-level apartment, permitting to host large families.
